Children's PolicyChildren of all ages are welcome at Underwood House. Children stay for free when sharing their parents bed, hotels call this "using existing bedding" unlike many hotels we do not charge for this. We can also supply a roll-away bed for your room (US term: Cot), we charge £5 per roll-away per night hire including linen. We can also supply cots (US term: Crib), we make no charge for cots, but we do not supply bedding. Children 11 and under can have breakfast for free, children 12 and above are charged for breakfast @ £6 each breakfast. Pet PolicyYou are welcome to bring pets, we resereve the right that pets are premitted at the absolute discretion of the management. No more than two domesticated pets are permitted per room and must not be left unaccompanied at any time. It remains the owner’s responsibility to ensure that any pets do not cause any disturbance to other customers. We will ask you to sign our Pet Policy and Agreement when you check-in. Please note that Guide dogs, Hearing dogs and other animals to aid disability are exempt from the above. Exclusive UseIf you would like to book Underwood House for exclusive use please call us on 01229 771116. To be clear if Underwood House is booked for exclusive use, the gates are closed and only your guests and our employees are allowed on site. Exclusive use quotes are prepared on a individual basis, and as such we are only able to give a guide price circa £2,000 per night. Depending on month, day of the week, length of use etc the price may change considerable up or down. Please note: Booking all the rooms does not give a group exclusive use as Underwood House will still be open to non-residents for functions, restaurant, swimming etc.
