We have tried to answer some of the more common questions that we are asked about Underwood.

Do you have car parking?

We have ample parking at Underwood House expect when we have large events on. When we do have events on we always restrict one car parking space per room for residents.

I arriving late how will I book in?

There is always a member of staff on site so you need not worry.

Do you have a lift?

We do not have a lift due to the design & age of the building and we would advise you that we have no ground floor rooms.

Can I book with out card details?

If you do not wish to secure you’re booking with valid card details a cheque or BACS deposit for the full amount must be received within 4 postal days of the booking being made. n.b you cannot book on line without card details or take advantage of our prepay deals.

Will you take any money from my card?

If you have booked a prepay package we will charge your card at the time of booking. If you have booked any other package we will charge you when you check-in.
