the snows gone
Just a quick blog before I get on with my days work, the
snows gone. Well it been with us for almost a month and the novelty had certainly gone and was killing trade, all hotels in the Lake District have had their occupancy hit hard with the snow as people were unable to get to the Lake District. Well I got up this morning and I can see no trace of snow or ice and it is around +5 (taken from my car that I do not completely trust), I can only hope this is the end to Cumbria’s run of recent weather and the Lake District can get back to businesses as usual. Never thought I would be happy to the see the back of snow. |
